Certificates to produce @ the time of Counselling
- KRUCET - 2017 application, Hall ticket & rank card
- Degree Provisional Certificate / Original degree
- Transfer Certificate & Study & Conduct Certificates from college last studied
- Degree Consolidated Mark Statement / Marks Memos of the qualification tests
- Migration certificates (for other universities)
- S.S.C / Date of birth
- Intermediate or equivalent certificate
- Integrated Community Certificate issued by the building authority in case of SC / ST / BC / EBC / minority candidates (if the reservation is claimed)
- Income certificate issued by MRO / Thasildar / Whiteration Card / Mee Seva in 2017 when a fee concession is claimed. (The validity of the income certificate is one year from the date of issue
- (From Mee Seva issued in 2017) / From-I or II or IV in the Appendix -A in relation to the claim of the local candidate
- Copy of the Relevant Certificates sent by the relevant authorities, if special reservation is made under PH / NCC / SPORTS / CAP
- Declaration forms in the Annex - B
- Two sets of Xerox copies of the above certificates and four passport size photos
Note: No candidate will be admitted to the counseling center without a provisional certificate (P.C) and transfer certificate (T.C).

Krishna University Joint Entrance Test (KRUCET) carried out by the Krishna University Machilipatnam on 10 & 11 May 2017 for inclusion in the various postgraduate courses offered by the Krishna University and its affiliated colleges for the academic year 2017-18. The results together with the Ranking card are later declared.Students who have qualified in the KRUCET / KRUPGCET are waiting for the consultations.
